Meet Our Team
Akiko Hawkins
CEO / Director
Living in Perth as part of this diverse community for many years,
I realized how cultural connections are very important to keep us happy,
as well as maintain relationships for mental and physical health.
I have appreciated the support of numerous and diverse people from our community, which has contributed to me being the person I am today.
It's my time to give back and return these gifts to the community.
Working in the health industry as a Registered Nurse in Japan & Perth for over many years, also as a certified fitness instructor, I was able to see the needs and demands of our multicultural community.
"Rapport-Australia x Japan" was created to fill the growing gap and give the community choice and possibility.
I would love to see people achieving their goals with greater choices,
and most importantly, bring happiness and a big smile each day.
I am experienced in caring for people with disabilities and supporting their families.
My main passion is developing good relationships and helping them to achieve a healthy, happy lifestyle.
I am a positive, easy going and hard working person who always has a smile on my face.
