オーストラリアのパースというこの街に長い間暮らしていく中で、
日本のコミュニティに助けられたことは、今まで数えきれないくらいたくさんありました。
このコミュニティの繋がりがなければ、今の私はなかったと思います。
海外に出たからこそかもしれませんが、「自分は日本人なんだ」という認識を強く感じるようになりました。
そして、それは、私が年を老いても変わることはないと思います。
もしかしたら、年齢を重ねるにつれて余計に自分の文化やコミュニティの重要さをより強く思うかもしれません。
パースに移住してから今まで、
老人ホームで働いたり、正看護師として病院で働いたり、インストラクターとして地域の健康に貢献したり、日本コミュニティのボランティアをしたりしながら得てきた経験を生かして、ここパースに日系の方たちが安心して暮らしていけるような場所を作って行きたいと思います。
みんなが笑顔でいられるコミュニティ作りをしていきたいです。

日本とオーストラリアで経理の仕事を長年してきました。
オーストラリアに移住して20年以上が経ちました。
Rapportの活動を通してオーストラリアにおける日本人コミュニティのニーズが年々増しているのを感じ、今後もスタッフさんやお客さんを経理という立場から支えて行きたいと思っています。
特にオーストラリアにおける介護や福祉のシステムは非常に複雑なので、私自身もその知識を日々更新し、多くの皆さまに役立てるようにしていきたいと思います。

看護師として日本の病院で数年間、そしてオーストラリアの病院でも10年以上今でも現役で働いています。
オーストラリアの人口増加に伴い、公立病院も常に混雑した状態でなかなか迅速な対応が出来ていないもどかしさも長年見て来ています。
そんな中、コミュニティで人々が安心安全に生活し、必要なサポートを受けられる、ということはとても大切なことです。
これからもこのチームメンバーの一員としてスタッフのみんなやオーストラリアのコミュニティをサポートしていくことをとても楽しみにしています。

I have a background of RN in Japan, and recently completed I like to help clients with a wide range of needs or simply find and listen to music, watch movies, draw play video games. It is important for me to give my clients balance in their life.
People usually think of me as too nice but I try to strike a balance between them motivating them to achieve their goals. I encourage you to try something new to improve your skills and interests in life.

日本では看護師として働いていました。
病気等で自立した生活が難しい方々のサポートに自分が関わることで、人々の生活の質を改善出来たり少しでも役に立てるこの仕事は私にとって大きなやりがいです。
オーストラリアでは言語が違うことで難しい場面もたくさんありますが、とても楽しく仕事が出来ています。これからもコミュニティの皆さんのサポートを続けて行きたいです。
